Throughout his career, Mr. Vanek has played a pivotal role in the underwriting and sale of over 200 leisure hospitality assets across 43 different states, including St. Thomas and Bermuda, accumulating a substantial transaction volume exceeding $800,000,000.

Specializing in high-profile hospitality-oriented golf and destination resorts nationwide, Mr. Vanek has garnered recognition in major industry publications, having been quoted in notable outlets such as Bloomberg News, the Los Angeles Times, and Golf Inc.

Mr. Vanek’s involvement in real estate debt and capital markets traces back to his educational background.
