The Preserve Golf Club is a Terry Doss designed championship 18-hole golf course that sits on 179 acres. Palm Aire Country Club has a rich history dating back to 1959 when The Palms Golf Course was founded by George Palmer and Harold Broiler, and a 50-room lodge opened in 1962. Sam Snead set a course record 65 in that year and, since then, Palm Aire has hosted the prestigious Dixie Amateur, the Florida Open, and the South Florida Classic, a former Tour event, on multiple occasions.

Plantation Palms Golf Club is a semi-private, 18-hole golf facility located in Pasco County in the town of Land O' Lakes, an affluent suburb of golf-centric Tampa, Florida. The club is located approximately 25 miles from downtown in the high-growth North Tampa corridor. Designed by David Harman in 2000, Plantation Palms is a links-style design built in an area chosen for its natural beauty.

The North Lakes Golf Course is an 18-hole championship layout. The existing practice range as well as short-game complex, along with location and overall design features, makes this ideal for such a renovation.

The Renaissance Golf Club was built in 2001 and designed by Chip Powell. It is a single-fairway course with returning nines. The greens are spacious, consisting of Tifeagle Bermudagrass. The generous fairways consist of 419 Bermudagrass.

Caloosa Greens is an 18-hole executive course that caters to the senior market in Sun City. This facility is the perfect compromise between simply playing 9 holes and the four-hour alternative of 18 holes on a championship course. This par-60 course stretches to 3,044 yards and consists of 12 par-3s, six par-4s, and has two sets of tees to accommodate both men and women.

The Sandpiper Golf Course was originally an 18-hole facility built in 1968 and designed by Mark Mahanna. In 1985 architect Ron Garl designed an additional nine-hole segment for the Sandpiper Club. These individual nine-hole segments (The Oaks, The Palms, and The Lakes) are uniquely different from one another and are player-friendly as well as maintenance-friendly.
