Job Description
Leisure Investment Properties Group (LIPG) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support a busy commercial real estate team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative professional who enjoys working on a variety of marketing projects while supporting advisors in a fast-paced environment.
The Marketing Coordinator will assist with the creation of marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and digital campaigns while helping maintain the company’s brand across multiple platforms. This position works closely with advisors and internal team members to ensure marketing materials are accurate, professional, and delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
- Create and distribute email marketing campaigns related to listings, closings, and company initiatives.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing proposals, offering packages, and client-facing presentations.
- Design marketing materials such as flyers, maps, aerials, market updates, and branded collateral using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Maintain and update the company website, including listings and general content updates.
- Assist in managing corporate social media accounts to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Develop and update templates for marketing and internal documents.
- Coordinate signage and materials for company events and client meetings.
- Assist with market research, comparable properties, and related support materials.
- Track project deadlines and support proposal schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors to gather information and materials.
- Proofread and edit marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Assist with presentation preparation, meeting materials, and logistics as needed.
- Provide general marketing, operational, and administrative support to the team.
- Contribute ideas to help improve marketing processes and overall team efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or support role (commercial real estate or professional services experience a plus).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with website content management systems such as WordPress.
- Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to assist where needed.
