Professional Bio

Kody Tibbetts is an experienced professional in the golf course and leisure investment real estate industry. After earning his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Central Florida, he joined Leisure Investment Properties Group (LIPG) as a Financial Analyst in 2017.

Throughout his tenure, Kody has been directly involved in more than $500 million in golf course transactions and has personally underwritten and priced over $1 billion in golf assets across the United States, including public and private clubs, golf resorts, and master-planned golf communities.

In 2020, Kody played a pivotal role in helping LIPG transition into a boutique brokerage firm, where he served as Director of Operations before advancing to his current role as Associate. His combination of analytical expertise and operational leadership allows him to provide clients with the clarity, knowledge, and foresight needed to make informed business decisions—positioning their assets for long-term success, mitigating risk, and maximizing returns.
