Kody Tibbetts became a part of Leisure Investment Properties Group in February 2017 following his graduation from the University of Central Florida (UCF) with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Since joining the team, Mr. Tibbetts has played a significant role in the underwriting and/or sale of over $1 billion in golf courses, golf master-planned communities, and golf resort properties.
In his capacity as Director of Operations for LIPG, Mr. Tibbetts assumes responsibility for overseeing day-to-day operations, which include activities such as underwriting and valuation, research, marketing, and transaction coordination. Beyond these responsibilities, he is directly engaged in internal business development, strategic planning, hiring, training, staff management, and overall team growth. Mr. Tibbett’s multifaceted role underscores his pivotal contributions to the operational efficiency and strategic advancement of Leisure Investment Properties Group.
