Professional Bio

Kody Tibbetts serves as Associate in the Golf Division at Leisure Investment Properties Group, LLC (LIPG). After earning his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Central Florida, Mr. Tibbetts joined LIPG as a Financial Analyst in 2017, establishing a strong foundation in financial analysis and leisure investment real estate.

Throughout his tenure, Mr. Tibbetts has been directly involved in more than $500 million in golf course transactions and has personally underwritten and priced over $1 billion in golf assets nationwide. His experience includes public and private clubs, golf resorts, and master-planned golf communities.

In 2020, Mr. Tibbetts played a key role in LIPG’s transition to a boutique brokerage firm, serving as Director of Operations before advancing to his current position. His analytical expertise and operational leadership help clients evaluate investment opportunities, make informed business decisions, mitigate risk, and position their assets for long-term success.
