Professional Bio

Gregory E. Lewis serves as Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets at Leisure Investment Properties Group, LLC (LIPG). Mr. Lewis helps clients identify and secure lending solutions for specialty assets, including golf courses, resorts, marinas, and hotels throughout the United States and the Caribbean. He brings more than 35 years of corporate lending experience, including over two decades originating commercial real estate loans.

Mr. Lewis began his career at NCR Credit Corporation, providing off-balance-sheet financing to Fortune 500 companies. He later joined Norwest Bank, where he originated and developed private-label financing programs for life science and technology companies. In 2000, he joined Textron Financial Corporation’s Golf & Recreation Finance Division as one of three correspondents responsible for originating commercial real estate loans in the Eastern United States. Before joining LIPG, he served as Managing Director of Leisure Financial Group.

In addition to his lending experience, Mr. Lewis helped launch DYH, a sports safety equipment company based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and served as its President. He oversaw daily operations and helped raise $8 million through a Regulation D private placement offering, providing capital to support the company’s development and future growth.
