Professional Bio

Gregory E. Lewis (“Greg”) currently serves as Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets for Leisure Investment Properties Group. He functions as a capital markets facilitator to find the best lender execution on “Specialty Assets”, including golf courses, resorts, marinas, and hotels throughout the U.S. and Caribbean. Greg has more than 35 years of corporate lending experience and has been originating CRE loans for more than 2 decades.

Greg’s career began at NCR Credit Corporation where he provided off-balance sheet financing to Fortune 500 companies, followed by a period at Norwest Bank where he originated and developed private-label finance programs for life science and technology companies. He joined Textron Financial Corporation’s Golf & Recreation Finance Division in 2000 as one of three correspondents – responsible for originating commercial real estate loans in the Eastern U.S. He most recently served as Managing Director for Leisure Financial Group.

Greg also helped launch DYH, a high-tech sports safety equipment firm based in Philadelphia, PA, and served as the organization’s President. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, he helped successfully raise $8 million in a Regulation D private placement offering to capitalize the business and position the company for future growth.
