Professional Bio

Luke Stokes joined Leisure Investment Properties Group after earning a Master of Business Administration from Coastal Carolina University, with a concentration in Commercial and Investment Real Estate, and a Bachelor of Accountancy from East Tennessee State University. Through his academic background in finance, accounting, real estate development, and market analysis, Mr. Stokes developed a strong foundation in investment analysis and commercial real estate.

During his graduate studies, Mr. Stokes completed extensive coursework in real estate market analysis, real estate development, valuation, investment analysis, and financial decision-making. He also served as a Graduate Assistant within the Accounting Department at Coastal Carolina University, assisting faculty with research initiatives, academic projects, and classroom support while further strengthening his analytical and financial skill set.

At Leisure Investment Properties Group, Mr. Stokes supports clients in the acquisition, disposition, and valuation of leisure-oriented real estate assets. He applies a disciplined analytical approach to evaluating investment opportunities, conducting market research, and assisting buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process. His interests include the leisure and hospitality sectors, where he continues to expand his knowledge of specialized real estate investments.

Originally from Virginia, Mr. Stokes enjoys golf, fitness, and studying commercial real estate markets. He is committed to building lasting client relationships, expanding his expertise within the leisure real estate industry, and delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the United States.
