Beux Leto, currently an Associate Advisor in the Marina Division at Leisure Investment Properties Group, is a creative and multi-talented individual who recently completed the CI 101 course: Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, specializing in Experimental Animation. Despite his artistic background, Beux chose to follow in his grandfather’s footsteps and pursue a career in real estate. With his imaginative and innovative approach, he strives to make the process of buying and selling a marina as enjoyable and seamless as possible for his clients.

In addition to growing his real estate business, Beux is actively involved in the film industry, working on filming and creating visual effects for independent movies. His unique blend of artistic talent and real estate expertise allows him to bring a fresh perspective to his work, benefiting his clients and colleagues alike. Beux is passionate about his dual careers and is excited to see what the future holds for both his real estate ventures and his creative projects.
